Perform Coach is a personal, self-hosted AI fitness coaching application. It uses authorized fitness and physiological information to provide individualized training recommendations.
With your authorization, Perform Coach may access WHOOP data, including recovery scores, sleep information, heart rate, heart rate variability, daily strain, and recorded workouts.
Information is used to analyze training activity, monitor recovery, and generate personalized exercise and training recommendations.
Perform Coach stores authorized WHOOP information locally on the application owner's self-hosted computer.
Relevant fitness and physiological information may be transmitted to Google's Gemini API to generate personalized coaching recommendations.
Perform Coach does not sell personal information or share WHOOP data with advertisers. Information is shared with service providers only as needed to operate the application.
Perform Coach uses authenticated access and reasonable technical safeguards to protect stored information.
Information is retained as needed to provide coaching services. Users may revoke WHOOP authorization and request deletion of locally stored WHOOP information.
